He has built U.S. operating platforms from the ground up, coordinated distribution, logistics, ERP, 3PL, ecommerce, marketplaces, customer operations, and commercial development, and managed businesses serving hundreds of commercial accounts across the United States.
He has worked from the operator's side, dealing directly with the same problems Florida AI Operations is designed to solve: repetitive work, disconnected systems, slow execution, poor visibility, customer follow up, reporting, administrative friction, and operational bottlenecks.
